I heard the same rumor about a month ago. I thought then this could be a bit like the STY trap (new takeover rumor every three months just to help someone get rich). Haven't heard more since, and have no other sources to wheedle. I think the point you make about the 52 week low is key. I can't find much risk of a downside at this level, so takeover or not, I think will stock will rise from here. I think its always a mistake to buy a stock on takeover rumors anyway, too many things can go wrong. The debt level is on target for a ramp up of this type, and the expansion of the service is going better than plan. I don't know whether Canada can sustain 4 major cellular companies or not. I doubt we'll get a chance to find out because some of the Canadian operations are bound to be bought out by US companies, who must look at the multiples up here and salivate.
