How many em's are you sending out? If you are sending out a single em to 1000 people, your server is probably going to send them out one after the other, so people early on the list (perhaps in order of adding to the em list, or perhaps in alphabetical order) will get their em early, the others will be late. You seem to be looking for any excuse not to address the problem from your end TM. You seem to know a little bit about picking stocks put shit about running a company or giving customer service. I personally do not care, I am not a subscriber, but I do run my own company (a computer consulting company BTW, so I do know what I am talking about) if I ever treated my customers with the callous disregard that you seem to give your customers, I'd be out of business. Think about it, according to your own statistics, you are collecting something like $40,000/month in membership fees, even a good consultant in the NY area could be had for a day or two for around $1-$3,000. Loosen up the wallet a little and give your subscribers some customer service. Trust me, you make a string of bad calls some day in your stock picks, your customers are going to go running for the door unless you start treating them a little better. Just my two cents. Do whatever you want, like I said I don't subscribe (anymore) and when I did (for one month) I got my eMails in seconds all the time. My last name begins with "B". Lets see a show of hands, how many people that are complaining about late EM's have names that are at the end of the alphabet, how about those with names that start with "A"-"G", how are you guys doing.
