52% is too low. You have to raise it to 54% and then see how many seats come under that. After all swings of 4% to 6% can and do happen. We are not talking double-digit vote-swings, you know.

Speaking of which, 9 of the Republicans in the Senate who are up for re-election in the year 2000 were elected with 56% votes or less. Should make it an interesting race in the Senate as well...
