Were you ever in the military? Sounds like it to me as yours is a reasonable and constitutionally sound policy. It is this skirting around Constitutional principles concerning wars that leaves us disjointed and flapping in the wind. We'll face more failures until the agenda turns to defeating the enemy rather than to policing the area.
