Deadly accurate comments. In fact last year did see a nasty overhang, and it did cause some equally nasty reported results (example,...CPQ. Street expected $0.35 in Q1 and the company provided $0.01). But, as you point out, the investment crowd essentially ignored what this writer thought would cause some serious blood-letting, which very nicely places the usefulness of our comments where they belong. There are few illusions remaining at this end as to just how powerful this particular mania is, and your advice to join the dippers is probably valid. That said, things are much worse this year. Sooner or later, sanity returns. Hope I'm still around when it happens. (g)

Best, Earlie
