Mike, do you have him nailed on $$$ per minute perhaps? Also, the weaker signal would be because of the teeny-weeny aerial rather than a little battery which wouldn't affect signal strength [until it has gone flat].

Voice activation would be nice too, as you say. Also IP [Internet Protocol] so that phone numbers are a thing of the past. Imagine remembering SurferM@Q.com instead of 00-1-415-314-1593. Then you could guess that SurfetteM@Q.com would also work. And Mqurice@Q.com. We remember names much better than numbers.

An IP phone book will be a very good thing in a few years. That would be a good IPO for Q! to do as a spin-off. Spin off Eudora as an internet stock aiming at IP for cdma2000 with open code for the email/word processing/data aspect and start building a database of addresses for everyone on earth who wants in. A bit like Hotmail, but aimed at IP voice. Q is nice and brief as a Web address. Hotmail is too long. Q is easy to remember too. People could easily forget whether it is Hotmail or Hotmale and dyxlexics would have less trouble with a brief Q!

Then Q! or the IPO Eudora could give credit ratings, handle payments, set up a Webbank and go from an IPO price of $10 to $300 in less than a year. It would relieve the tedium of waiting for Ericy to fold.

Surfette must be travelling to the end of town to get more dropped calls.

Thanks for the user report!
