Looks like they are in a rush to complete it too:

NEW YORK, Dec 16 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley Dean Witter
analyst Colette Fleming said Wednesday she initiated coverage of
Sprint PCS Group (NYSE:PCS -
news) with a strong buy rating and a $25 price target.

-- Fleming believes that Sprint PCS has all the key ingredients to
be a very successful and powerful
player in the U.S. wireless arena.

-- Fleming is projecting PCS's network will cover about 70
percent of the U.S. population by the
end of 1999.

-- Sprint PCS shares were up 1-5/16 at 15-3/4 on Wednesday.

QCOM in my opinion is all set to have a series of blow out quarters. I believe the last quarter was much better than the .66 cents they declared. The numbers were too low considering the blowout quarter in Korea and the Sprint and Pegaso buildout. My guess is that they will hold enough in reserve to smooth out the earnings reports. This is just a guess and I could be wrong but I do believe it.
