I faxed a copy of this chart to my broker... she has called the appropriate market makers and I can say with confidence that you CANNOT sell this stock. The bid is zero, the ask is a relatively whopping five cents. Most of the volume can be attributed to what's known as crossing trades. The term used to describe transactions such as one switching shares out of their IRA, and into their generic portfolio. You can also assign some of the volume to trading amongst the MMs. Don't forget that volume can be multiplied by certain factors during actions described above as well.
