If Naxos took the management team of Intel or GE, the fact would remain that they still would have to prove that there is economically recoverable gold at FL.

As far as JL is concerned, isn't it fair to assume that if neither they nor Naxos management has told us of any progress with their methods, that there simply has been no progress? Having said that, I agree that we are entitled to hear that from management, and not merely be left in the position of having to reach reasonable inferences.

Just the other day, when shown the possibility that there coulc be legal reasons for not reporting on J/L, you response was , "Oh, I wasn't aware of that possibility". There are many possibilities that we may not be aware of, and that may make it imprudent for the company to comment on.
