Something to dream about...>> In most cases the income tax is kept and the VAT is added. The more ways you are taxed the less you know it. Gas is 31 cents a gallon or less with out taxes. Smokes about the same less taxes. A gallon of hooch costs $4 with out taxes. People gripe about a 33% rate, that is the tip of the iceberg.
