As I mentioned in my previous post, the problem may or may not be with your site. If anyone is receiving the mail in a timely fashion, that implies, to me at least, that the problem lies elsewhere.

As I suggested, if people have problems, have them look at their headers. If they can't figure out how to do that, have them contact their ISP. They, almost certainly, can do it for them on selected e-mails. Then, the troublespots will be identified.

I am 99% sure that if the problem were on TM's end, then no-one would get the messages in a timely manner.

Another suggestion. If anyone is having a problem, try sending an e-mail to a friend, and see how long it takes, and look at the headers. If the problem is your ISP, it will probably show up as another lagged e-mail. Usually the e-mail systems are symmetrical. That is, incoming and outgoing e-mails are equally lagged.
