It doesn't take much if you are in now or get in now.

Listen thread. #1) When a RS is announced on a OTC:BB stock.
It's best to sell first and ask questions after. I've
never seen it work better any other way. You can always
buy in lower. I say make the company hurt when they
do a RS. Make them hurt BAD! It's time to put the
stock on the "street" and make us some money!

#2)There are exceptions. I'm in a stock that the stockholders
voted to do a RS. The company has made it known that they
would only do it when the stock reached a certain price. And
everyone knows what to expect. Up front. So we all know.
No sweat. I voted FOR the RS in this case.

In all other cases, I say see number 1 above.
