Hi Clint,

Thanks for writing. We agree that there should be a good but probably not spectacular earnings rally starting up pretty soon. Looks like the hi-techs will lead it yet again. That is where the earnings growth is, and apparently people will pay dearly for that. I haven't done too much, but the little I've done hasn't worked too well lately. I'm still waiting for kea to finally do something. Unlike psft et al analysts have actually raised their earnings estimate but it hasn't helped the stock. Hopefully this is mainly tax selling holding it down now and after Dec it will start moving. What do you think of dell? It's strong today and it looks good to me. I would like to buy some soon but I'm hoping for maybe one last retreat to 65. Dell is the only hi-flyer I know that hasn't made a new high lately. Csco and the rest look dramatically overpriced to me here. It will be interesting to see if csco can keep going up after earnings since it's risen so much so continually since Oct. So while I agree the market will have no choice but to rise in Jan with all the money coming in, I don't see too many can't miss bets right now on where the money will go except maybe dell. I'm trying to find other candidates so I'll read your postings to see what you've found. After dell reports in Feb we may finally start topping out and even decline some. I would like to get in ahead of time on some internet stock to catch the next unstoppable wave. Have you played any internet stocks lately?
