I think they have been investing at many prices for some time. Doubt very much that it is a pump and dump. This is great technology.

Let me tell ya, if Scoggins can do for CAGI what he helped do for GKI (that is getting it moved from a BB stock trading in the pennies to an AMEX stock trading at nearly $20.00) I can live with that. I've worked for large companies all my life and I can tell ya people quit and leave in a huff all the time, that's not news it's office politics. And on that anyone who is buying stocks like GKI when it was skyrocketing up or for that matter CAGI or a thousand others is flat out gambling with their money. We're not talking about Lucent, IBM or General Motors here...when you gamble you might lose, if the investors lost money with GKI (didn't they put in stop lose orders?!)
it's because their horse came in last at the track, not because their blue chip stock ran into some bad luck...
