Yahoo is good enough. It would not surprise me if they delay FRSH a bit while they buy more stock on the open market. I'm a buyer again at these prices.

Topper - I just posted this on Yahoo

I think TOGA must have an incredible management team. It looks as if they have swallowed the bigger fish and with only an additional 2.1 million shares dilution. They effectively tripled the size of their company adding another 29 million in sales to their 8.5 million. With their management team I believe they will make the FRSH company very profitable by utilizing their distribution network to greatly increase their water sales. It will also provide the network that FRSH was lacking to expand the juice business. No wonder the TOGA insiders have been active buyers of their stock. I sure would like to see one of the financial type gurus out there do an analysis on this merger. It seems to me that with sales in the $35 - $40 million range they have a very low stock float of 5.2 million shares. After they cut the executive fat from FRSH I expect them to be very profitable all the way around. They were doing an impressive job with their water business.

Comments - please!

Long TOGA - and fixin to get longer!
