OTC-BB retracements seem to bring shares down to, say, 0.06$-0.10$. Not in DGIV's case though, IMO. We know somebody who has, actively, traded the share down. Most everybody who has been in DGIV for a few months knows whom I am talking about. Evidently when we got to a 0.6$ level with 20K shares/day, there was not much left, wasn't always that way, though. IMO Wall St. West. jumped on the bandwagon. Don't think that they were relevant in the latest price move.
