There are issues of how to transact through the firewall and maintain security. This is not just an issue of connecting to a VPN, but probably an entire issue of authentication for any secure computer network. I have seen where Nuance has a biometric capability to use the voice of a user as a password. This is actually a pretty strong identity check. I'm sure they will work it out and this is not a new problem. They talked about it in July and I'm sure they've been busy getting it solved. I would suppose it requires a level of customer service enablinng Portico or Magic Talk for special purposes. Regards, Mark
