Kelvin,

I think the problem is that with no news on/from NAVR, people on the thread are doing a lot of chatting about other things. Right now we are like people sitting on a bench at a train station waiting for a train expected hours ago. At first the talk is about the train (NAVR). After a while, other things get discussed until the loud speaker gives an announcement about the train.
