Doesn't matter, the house was going to vote for impeachment anyway. I'm bustin (as George Kastanza(sp?) would say). I'm lol at the headline, "Livingstone will stay in Congress". Of course he will, only cheating presidents should resign, not house members.

Maybe so. But this will also strengthen the people's perception that the whole thing was one big partisan circus aimed to "get" Clinton...
