So basically he claims EUTRO let this whole scenario come to pass as a way to buy stock cheap...I assume that would then lead to a price appreciation in the near future ?

Ive heard this scenario several times over the last week. Someone is buying a lot of shares or we 'd be subpenny....I guess the question is who benifits ? Is Eutro buying ? Are MM's buying ? Are the "4" entities buying...? Is this all conspricy 101 .....? I have no clue

I THINK THERE ARE SOME SEROUS ISSUES TO BE LOOKED HERE,READ THIS POST I WAS E-MAILED.------------------------------------------------------Dear Bob,

That last e-mail you sent regarding whether Eutro had the legal right
to "vote" up a shares increase was really interesting. One question
came to mind: if those 'lost' 50 million Eutro shares were tied up in a
legal dispute, would the people who held those shares have the right to
vote? Wouldn't Eutro be able to legally block whoever held those shares
from voting? Most important, if Eutro were looking out for the best
interests of all the other shareholders, wouldn't they have at least
notified us of an impending vote? Where is the legality in an election
where a significant number of potential voters aren't properly
informed? I'm beginning to doubt whether those disputed 50 million
shares were ever really out of Eutro Management's control. I think the
SEC will take a strong interest in Eutro's press releases regarding
those shares. 17 years of working for the government taught me one
thing: government officials might not investigate too hard, but when an
easy one falls in their lap, they usually jump all over it. This one is
looking easier all the time. I hope the Brad-and-Floyd Show bought
those plane tickets to the Bahamas. Merry Christmas!

Sincerely, Dave
