Boy, Wayne, it seems the investors are as lifeless as the railroad. Except the RR is all talk and no real action and, like you say, the investors are no talk. I made my prediction when I bought at 25 in July, What a mistake. On the way down. Well, I told you how I felt after I saw it. Now with all the "good" news coming out the price should be at 50. Unless . . . there may be some dilution going on here that only NYRR and the MMs know about. That could hold the price down. Especially when they are talking about having to get 6 to 7 million for infrastructure improvement with no worthwhile assets to pledge. That means equity dilution. The government money WILL come, but it could be months. Current prediction: there is no rooster in the hen house. 246810
