IMO, new capital is the engine of future growth.

Recently DoubleClick (DCLK) and Digital River (DRIV), two Internet growth stocks, issued secondary stock offerings and both are substantially higher than the secondaries.

WCTI needs the additional capital to meet its burn rate and obtain a NASDAQ listing.

IMO, a secondary offering is bullish for the long-term growth of WCTI.

Regards.

I would expect the secondary to perform in line with the IPO today of Artificial Life {ALIF}. It went from an original pricing of $8.50 to $20.00 at opening to a closing of 23.50. It has about the same number of shares outstanding with 9.0 million. The offering today was 1.6 million. It also offers a search engine but does not appear to be as far along as WCTI. It would be nice to have rights to get in the secondary when it comes along. See the thread on SI or Marketwatch for info. Regards
