Don, if i understand what you said well,
then you are still bullish? According to old doom theory, the market should have tanked, gold should have gone up and oil should be at a premium... Well maybe just this time it didnt happen but things take time to work themselves through the system, and you also have to take into account that Iraq is not the threat it was or seem to be in 91 anymore... if a similar flare up happened in the South China Sea or a new hot spot exploded in the middle east (Syria, Libya, Iran?) then things might be a bit different. North Korea has a lot of implications too. I think that the public and the market participants are just a bit blase (French spelling) right now and Hussein is like the drunk next door who sometimes gets a visit from the cops for being rowdy. What scares you most: the drunk next door or the average guy who suddenly goes "postal"?

I dont know maybe i just misunderstood the tone of your post.
