I never said that. I am not a vegan either. I like fruit and green vegetables, but I crave my flesh as much as the next carnivore as well.

The only way to be successful in attacking the mass market is to have a succesful cash flow stream and customer base to grow off of. Conquering a niche market and expanding it is the most practical way. Notice that the local grocer would be a niche player, but his business would expand to that of a mass market if McDonald's failed to satisfy the needs of the market once they took over.
