Investors & fellow friends on S.I.,

Yesterday ITEX broke a KEY support level on it's price, I view this is a bit frightening at the moment or
short term. Many companies know how these dilemmas work, so as... if anything (ITEX/SEC) should find
legitimate reasons to update their shareholders/public so those shareholders are in the know, the SEC and
ITEX should note that we as investors have no idea about many issues at ITEX. We are owners of the
company! This is disturbing.

Some of these issues,

1) Lawsuit issues on "John Doe" case. (I have talked to counsel and something could be said, an update or
informal report. My opinion)
2) Update on recent filings that are late and look to be ready for release before end of year tax loss selling
and holidays. I have faith in the company, don't get me wrong.
3) Past acquisition and update on BXI workings.
4) ITEX Canada
5) Internet Mall site (That does exist with over 100 items)

This scenario is looking like the present IRAQ conflict in certain aspects. I expect those that work in ITEX
to read this in a sort of disgust but my point here is the following.

I trust in ITEX's future, the fact that the SEC has not concluded anything is hurting ITEX at the heart of
consumer confidence and rights. The SEC should have worked longer or given a break to this issue at this
point. You ask why? I understand that the SEC is here to protect the public but when was the last time that
you felt the Gov't. organizations were really in the job in honor of the public with out a single doubt?

As a shareholder of one share or 8 million you still own rights to the company... the SEC is creating a
situation now that is taking so long that the stock is now on a technical drop... the SEC is not making any
exceptions to this issue, the public nor giving ITEX any room to make public statements on these issues,
something has to be done... today and not tomorrow but yesterday. I really feel in this case, although
expected, to have these dealings from the SEC to protect us... why is the picture not coming across this way
with this long delay after delay?

I hope this message gets across SOON, as many may think the people in the know may disregard these
message boards on ITEX I know from past experience that they are taken with more insight than a grain of
sand on a beach.

Let's get going ITEX/SEC!

I am sure I will now have all kinds of excuses thrown at me now, I will state early I disagree with any of
them! This situation is not being handled correctly and it may not have anything to do with ITEX let me
make that clear! In short... we are overdue this time.

P.S. By posting your feeling on this you can be assured the message will get to the right hands! Postings on SI are read by the best and brightest in the SEC, Wallstreet Journal, ZDNET, MSNBC etc etc. State your opinions please! It will help I guarantee it.

(This post is entirely one's opinion)

Potential merger candidate?

Hi,

Now the stock ITEX is delisted from the Nasdaq. Won't this create
an investment opportunity for someone to do a private deal -- a
reverse merger, for example -- or merge it into another ecommerce
company. I believe that the business model of ITEX is basically
sound, and that it would take substantial sum for both the software
and hardware to build such an organization such as ITEX. Any comments?
