Thanks Ray, great info. That clears up several questions I had, I wonder if I might impose on you and the thread for another which has probably been discussed here already.

Would you happen to have any info on the range of the 3 valuations the company obtained in Zurich, and who they were obtained from? Just want to confirm they are in line with each other.

I got the same info from her.

I understand that all the paper to get onto the TSE has been sent in and is being processed. Hopefully it will be completed before Christmas but one can never forecast it down to the minute. They had hoped to have it done yesterday but that didn't happen.
