Hi Jim:

The article was a mess since the 50MHz freed by the FCC
around 3.5GHz are way out of WCII's operating range,
and also way out of the Ka band. So I have trouble seeing
either LMT or WCII using this bandwidth. It is similar to
the 100MHz available to MMDS operators around 2.5GHz
(note that the FCC has also approved 2-way services for
this spectrum).
