It is too bad earnings come out one week after expiration. We should note that the official date of earning release has not been posted yet. It is only tentative and could still change I could not resist today - Decided to buy Jan 140 calls after seeing this stock do much worse than expected. I think it is somehow related to options expiry. I think people will soon realize how significant Judge Jackson's comment were (maybe by Monday it moves in a big way). I am expecting a big pop possibly to 150 by earnings assuming the general market trends upward (ie Dow 9500). I believe the markets will start to take off next week or first week of january to all time highs.
