they will be coming out with financial information in the near future. as the two recommended buys above state, they are working on private placements. ... and in this industry "technicall bankrupt" is applicable to almost ALL penny stock mining industry companies if you go by the financial statements ! that's why they are penny stocks, and when a break through happens, the stock flies ! ... if one is conservative like the boring accounting we leaned at school, and only go by the conservative price/earnings ratio to invest, then no one would invest in exploration or small cap - no earnings companies, like no one would buy internet stocks trading at a few hundred price earnings ratio ! so for the conservative at heart, maybe this is the wrong type of industry to be in ! the rest of us will wait for the payoffs !
