OK..this is directly from our HR website (names have been changed to protect the guilty<g>). We get paid bi-weekly, so my stock account should be credited atleast twice a month.

What is happening, for example,is if I try to cash out everything in my account right now, I will only get the stock purchases up to 10/30/98. Everything else I have to wait...which means incurring another transaction fee(s). The money that was taken out of my check for November and December seems to be in limbo. I don't have any cash account that shows it being held ready to be used for purchasing stock.

Anyways, here is the information about the plan

COMPANY WEB SITE INFORMATION
=============================
COMPANY common stock is purchased for a participant on his or her pay day at a price equal to 85% of the average market price for COMPANY common stock on that day on the New York Stock Exchange. Payroll deductions will be used to purchase full and/or fractional shares of COMPANY common stock for a participant's account on each pay day throughout the offering period. A participant can purchase shares of COMPANY common stock at many different prices throughout the offering period, depending on the performance of the stock on the New York Stock Exchange.

In addition, a participant may purchase shares of COMAPNY common stock under the COMPANY ESPP at prices different than those paid by colleagues who are on different pay schedules.

Again, thanks for all of the help.
