I rarely get colds, or only a day; my immune system is hyper-active. People ask me if I have AIDS. "The opposite" I say. Doesn't compute. My lungs decided certain conditions weren't right, and the resulting conditions they enforced, created the perfect environs for an organism they can't even detect. "Bwaaaaaaahaaaaaaahaaha!!!" Yuh huh. How old are you? I forget. Just context, grammaw.
