Our old pals at Whittaker going private... From WSJ- Whittaker, Simi Valley, Calif., rose 2 15/16 to 16 on the Big Board after this newspaper reported that one of the shareholders of the aerospace-parts company made an unsolicited $208 million offer to take the company private. The company, which has bounced back to profitability this year after six quarters of losses, has said in the past that it would consider a merger or outright sale to a strategic buyer. Hmmm. Web

Hello! Where was MRVC's management when we were being bloodied by pink? We the longs did the fighting for them ignorant of the fact that the pink was better informed than we were. Where did he get the info albeit under-handedly? The answer is obvious. Mrvc's management kept the little guy in the dark and as a result I was buying more shares trying to average down. You know who I was buying it from? You guessed it, from the big houses who were dumping mrvc based on their privileged info from mrvc's management. I don't care what you say about the legality If anybody has to sue here, I should be one of them and it will be mrvc and its management that I should sue for the predicament they put me in by supplying info to the biggies and having little guys like me slaughtered by keeping me in the dark. Some management deserve being told of their inadequacies regardless of law suit or not. I am surprised there was no class action suit against mrvc's management that led the little guys into the slaughter house of the pinkies. I am amazed how some of you still suck up to this management after all they have done to us little guys. I still lurk and will post from time to time. peacelover with attitude towards inept management of co's.
