For a while there WCII was slightly above TGNT-BS in market cap. However, at close, TGNT ahead of WCII by 8.5%.
Tomorrow should be interesting.
Since i am very busy these days, let me say early,
Merry Christmas, Health and Happiness To All.

Gentleman-Boyle, followup;
I have other data that indicates actual sales.

It shows Chrust sold his 100,000 shares on 11/13 at $30.25
Also Vanden Heuvel sold 33,500 shares between 11/14 - 19 at 28 1/8 to 29 3/4.

Note both were executed before the 144's were made public.
Also note, neither look very smart right now.

Further, it lists the following remaining holdings (lags probably 1 month);
Chrust 79,200 (before his recent two filings)
Vanden Heuvel 500
Kantor 76,634 (before his recent two filings)

All seem low. Must be distinctions between common stock, restricted stock, and options.

Looking like we'll open around 41. Everyone lining up at the bid there. Probably up from there, looks like buying pressure right now.
