Great post. Your post will calm down people's nervousness about the
authorizing of more shares. I think the company realized that WS will
recognize this company as a internet one and rush to buy as to push
the price sky high as EBAY. If it does go as high as EBAY then
the company can issue more shares to cool down the market and raise
money for company's working capital and buy back all convertible
shares.

Every time when the stock price went down people get scared. They
either lost chance to buy or sold at low price. GMGC went down lower
than 5 and came back up nice many times before. It will back up again
and can even make new highs. Company has new products and new
partners. The investment of MSFT on QWST is a guarantee that QWST
will carry GMGC's virtual assistant.

Sea Otter, I spoke with Carhart weeks ago about the stock authorization and she said if the measure didn't pass GMGC would have to pay back $20million in loans. So it's not like these shares will just sit around waiting for Godot. But she didn't elaborate further other than the Board is recommending it. Inquiring minds and empty wallets want to know.

Have you got any idea what or when General Magic may announce with Encanto? This is a partnership that's been listed a long time with no developments.

I never did get any details on what GMGC bought when they purchased NeTalk. Any idea if they got new employees, assets, or customers? I imagine it was mostly to secure patents, but it's never been made clear to me.

Regards,

Mark
