Had a few hardware conflicts myself. Not with the video boards but with a network card and the printer. If you go into Device Manager and double click on the icon next to Computer (top left hand corner) this will show all interrupts and I/O. Bo Didley helped me out two weeks ago, this is what he wrote

Link two computers

Hub - linksys - $60
ethernet cards - SMC - $20

sygate.com - software to run several computers
off of one internet connection.

multiple monitors: Win 98 and ATI xpert 98 - pci video cards

Buy all this stuff at CompUSA. video cards are on sale this week.
