The timing of the fax alert is somewhat suspect. One would think that the alert would come out in conjunction with the release of some significant news which is being hinted. However this is an extremely tightly held stock and I am sure that there is not much free-trading stock out there right now. I suspect that the fax alert has been timed to take advantage of tax loss selling season so that free stock can be scooped up from disgruntled shareholders just waiting to bail out. This consolidation period is shaking out some more stock all of which is in all likelihood going into stronger hands. Look for sharp moves up in Jan-Feb when the news will be released and the stock will be even tighter.
