Good news indeed but what do you make of the "hundreds of workers toiling" and a "mini-refinery" producing 9,000 barrels of water and "the rest is mixed in the gas flare and vaporized"??

Is Christie getting as tired as I am and mistaking a sauna for a "mini-refinery", or am I just cranky and mistaking a refinery for a sauna?

Where did you get this report from? It's 00:15 in California and this report is not on the Bakersfield site. Perhaps they're polishing it? I've caught them doing this before.
