I think he's too new to know that what he's doing is a no no.

I received a PM from him asking my advice on the stock a day or two before he went ballistic on the spam.

Ask ed pakstas about sharing your enthusiasm for a stock, he got his nuckles rapped back in Feb 97.

OR

He knows exactly what he's doing!!
