I have to echo Pluvia in congratulating you and the FBN team for putting together one of the most impressive websites ever created for its purpose. Truly an inspired work. I really like the floorless convertible offering. It's an outstanding vehicle.

A little honesty. How refreshing.

<<Bill,
As you are an expert on Java, and SRCM's software does not work with Java, can you tell us how important that might be for SRCM's future?>>

<<Java is not really an issue for this type of work. It's just another tool, and whilst I haven't found any info about SRCM's java capability, it shouldn't matter. Content can be served up with a variety of tools. For much of work I'm doing right now, we access an SQL database, and front-end with MSFT's ASP. There's a half-dozen other methods to do the same thing. Java not required (and sometimes not very desirable either).>>>

Another fact of yours shot down, heh stevie?? From your own expert witness yet!! How demoralizing that must be. A little lesson for you, don't ask a question of a witness that you don't already know the answer to!!

So let's review stevie's follies now that he's been around long enough to be held accountable for what he says.

1.Financials restated NOT
2.Auditors resigning NOT
3.Insider selling NOT
4.No carriage agreements NOT
5.Java compatability problem NOT

there's more but you get the point

Bill, maybe I can clarify the Java incompatibility,

We are currently discussing SRCM's LocalSource website, which seems to be in some sort of trial with DigitalCity/AOL. I agree with you that Java is just a tool in that setting, and they really don't need it. But, I think it likely they will use it.

But, what Pluvia was referring to was Java compatibility with SRCM's virtual modem for use in internet over cable. The virtual modem is two components, software that goes in a digital set-top box, and a server at the cable head-end. The server actually accesses the internet and sends what is essentially a screen shot to the set-top box for display on the TV. The incompatibility that Pluvia referred to is the virtual modem's ability to correctly access websites using Java.

Regards,

Archer
