are you trying to "scare" people into
thinking that Frank is going to sell
some of his shares in Jan? i may be
wrong on this, but i believe that his
stock purchases preclude him from
selling any stock within a year after
he purchased.

anyway, my interpretation of you is
this...u used to be a bull. u sold some
or most of your stock for tax purposes,
now u r trying to scare everyone because
u r afraid the stock is going to run and
your timing of the sales couldn't be worse.

from a recent pr: (in late Aug 98)

Peters points out that as insiders buying stock, according to SEC Rule
16-B, he and Buswell will be precluded from selling any shares of
Franklin Telecom for profit during the next six months; if they were to
do so, all profits would go to the company, rather than to them,
personally. Addressing this issue Peters said, "This is really
irrelevant. In Franklin's almost eighteen year history, until March of
1997, I'd never sold any of my Franklin shares. I am very comfortable
holding Franklin stock for the near term and long term future."
