The 400 MHz Celeron, at an ASP of $180 will replace the lower ASP Celerons - 266/300 with ASP's in the $70- $90 range - as they are dropped from production.

Katmai enabled Pentium II's will increase the ASP's at the high end.

Your inability to grasp Intel's basic pricing and segmentation strategy is showing.
