Contributing bombs and missles to Baghdad is one of my favorite charities

Now it is much more difficult to keep an eye on him. Anytime there is a suspicion, the US will have to go bomb Iraq again. If they miss wait for terrorist actions with lent Iraqi weapons. In the meantime goodwill to the US from other countries will decline. On the other hand there isn't much else they can do except trying to totally finish him off. But they are unwilling to do that.
