Sid, I respect your counter arguments which obviously reflect much thought. Timing notwithstanding, and I realize it is of utmost importance when one's central concern is what is the best use of my investment dollars, my fantasy centers around the finite supply of oil. Taking an intuitive approach to my investing, I don't crunch numbers that I cannot test. I don't pretend to anticipate change 10 to 20 years from now; but I know our socialist US government values clean air over cheap fuel. I know that we are beholden to Arab oil producers that despise us even more than we despise them. Hence I think there is a future for alcohol fuels. Moreover, eventually the inexpensive cracking of water into Hydrogen and safe inexpensive storage thereof will be solved. I have naive confidence in technology, and I have convinced myself that companies like Ballard, Daimler, Ford and GM, supplemented by university research, and harnessed by the US and Canadian governments, have the incentive to make it happen. Dear Sid or WHOEVER YOU ARE, You have been exposed as a pathetic, transparent short,who knows nothing about Ballard or it's brilliant future.The problem Sid,their are many like you,who think they can get away with this nonsense. Well Sid,let me direction your attention to a pending lawsuit filed by Solv-ex,which was filed at the state court in Albuqurqe,N.M on Friday,Dec.04,1998. The suit alleges that shorts pretending to be longs obtained information from the company which they used to increase their short position. This suit finally takes on the tactics employed by you shorts.It even talks about people like you using different aliases,like Manuel Ascenio and posting false information on S.I. and Yahoo to protect their short positions. Do you feel the your shorts getting a little tight. Do the right thing,move on,and take all your clones with you,I have taken the liberty to record all your posts and will be forwarding them to the SEC and the company for their review.I will also be contacting S.I. to have your posting priviliges cancelled!! Your a dishonest and despicable ,self-serving individual who has taken up far to much time on this thread with your ridiculous, posts. Farewell mon ami,don't let the door hit you on the way out......
