As I recall, companies filing these plans usually pick the market price on the date of filing as the designated "maximum price." The maximum price is there for purposes of the SEC fee; nonetheless, it looks like some options have been granted or will be granted at low prices. Still, it gives the insiders the incentive to raise the stock price, and it shows the company is still doing things.. It is on these wisps of hope that THMZ shareholders make it through the day!
