This is a question that crops up every several months, it seems.

IT uses exponential % values rather than time periods. This is a bit arcane, if not archaic, but you can find info on it in TA A to Z and other TA books. I think the help file also addresses it, but don't recall for sure. The formula is:

Time Period = (2 / % value) - 1

or

% Value = 2 / (Time Period + 1)

Thus to get a % value for a 13 time period:
% = 2/(13 + 1) = .142857
