Exactly backwards. The radical impeachment advocates have spent years looking through the lives of the executive branch and their families looking for any nugget of difference from their own failable base. Then they pick whatever triviality they have to proclaim as the most important virtue or value. The broad vision shows Clinton as the best President in many decades.

The Lewinsky perjury and obstruction, that is, is anything but an isolated incident. It is distinguished by irrefutable proof of direct Presidential involvement, but a broad, common-sense judgment has to be that it reflects a much more general pattern.

Um, David? Which article of impeachment are you referring to?
