The futures that I watch say that the market is going down: J-YEN MAR99 8802B +89 B-POUND MAR99 1.6796 +88 D-MARK MAR99 .6056 +33 SWISS FR MAR99 .7506 +28 All of those .. +89 .. +88 .. +33 .. +28 that means that those currencies cost more dollars to buy. Stepping across the water, that means that the dollar has dropped in value overnight. The long bond has already fallen, stocks are next. Gersh
