Hi Rich and ALL, I appreciate and thank all those who posted and sent PMs with approval and positive thoughts about the brainstorming concept for our Company... there have been no "nays". Let me, however, point out one important factor... and I have said this before over and over again in PMs and public posts, but believe it is important to emphasize it once again. The rumor mill MUST STOP. A number of thread members have already sent Dixie (Rich) a number of good leads... more probably than any one person can handle... at least until he gets a staff. But, until a deal is done, it is only an "idea". It is not completed until there is a signature on the contracts. As far as the shareholders and public are concerned it is not done until the Company releases a PR. Sometimes, in our enthusiasm when we know we have brought a possible "deal" to Rich or management, we communicate with each other and the old "telephone game" begins with conjecture and such that then become rumors that then end up getting passed around as fact. It certainly cannot help the "deal" negotiations, the Company, or us as shareholders. I personally know of one thread member that is active in an organization that brought Rich that organization as a potential deal and it "sounds" great. But, even that person says he does not know whether it has been finalized or not... and we won't know until TSIG releases a PR. It is unrealistic and unfair to expect TSIG, Rob Gordon, or anyone else affiliated with TSIG to give out information privately. It just won't happen, so let's not give the appearance that we think we know something when we have brought a potential "deal" to the Company. Let the Company handle the PRs. Just as an example, I read on the RagingBull thread last night that someone on the AOL thread had posted that we were going to announce a deal with Sony. Sorry, I could be wrong, but I don't believe it. But this is where rumors start... and it is not healthy for the company. In this case I happen to agree with Bill Monahan... nice steady movement upwards with backing and filling is, IMO, better than sharp spikes based on rumors. Secondly, and regardless of my personal feelings about the individual, I believe it was unfair to chastise Mr. Edds yesterday about the information he tried to bring to the thread. He repeated accurately, I presume, what TSIG's IR told him. If they changed their mind for whatever reason I don't believe it was fair to jump all over him. On behalf of the thread, I personally would like to apologize to him for that as it wasn't the right thing for anyone to do to someone apparently trying his best to bring information to shareholders. On the other hand, it would have been nice and a gentlemanly thing if he had made a public apology for his public fiasco and personal attack on me last month. But, that is another story. Thirdly and finally, I am trying to work out the best way to "brainstorm" in as expeditious a manner as possible so we can all participate in our investment's growth to "superstar" status. Hopefully I will have more to post on this over the weekend. Be right... Sit Tight!!! Best always, Marty
