Well, OE is probably your first stopping point on OCP emissions data. You might even put your contact in touch with Roberta or Peter.

As far as the cats go, you would have to specify a certain emissions level to say whether OCP might get you there with or without a cat. It's possible, although unlikely, that OCP could meet some future regs on low sulfur fuel, without a cat. This is something Pierre and I are hopeful about, but since the trend is to accelerate emissions targets, it's a moving target. And I'm not aware of data to address this, although I'm betting OE has it or is working on it. It's another one of those opportunities....
