Let me see if I understand this: 1.We have a rumor posted by someone new to SI that has some major implications, 2.Someone posts that Tom has taken the time to email them personally and addressed that issue, 3.The person that received the email has not/will not post Tom's email, 4.AVBC is silent. My question: If Tom really did address this issue in a private email, doesn't Tom think that the other shareholders have a right to have the same information firsthand? Can you spell F-I-D-U-C-I-A-R-Y D-U-T-Y?
